Research Your Ancestors

Genealogie And Graphic Service

So once you’ve gathered the data on your family’s history, you ask yourself: “What do I do with it all?”  If the information merely stays in a file on your computer or sits in a dusty box under your bed, all of your hard work in searching for it might come to nothing.  Of course you want to share your findings with your family and friends, but computer files and cardboard boxes tend to be somewhat awkward and uninteresting.  How can you present your family’s information in a format that is attractive, interesting, and easily accessible?

You can get a professional print-out of your family tree – one that is organized, attractive, and easy to understand.  We can provide such print-outs in two styles:

Option A (a “Stammbaum”) begins with one of your ancestors at the base of the trunk and branches upwards, revealing his descendants in a direct line, with yourself or your children at the top.  In this type of family tree you would see just one part of your family, but with many family members.  It will include your siblings, your aunts and uncles, your great aunts and uncles, etc.

Option B (an “Ahnentafel”) begins with yourself or your children at the base of the trunk and branches out to reveal your ancestors from all the various parts of your family.  In this type of family tree you would see all parts of your family, but with only ancestors listed.  It will include your both of your parents, all four of your grandparents, all eight of your great-grandparents, etc.

Your print-outs will be laminated, making them sturdy enough to be passed down in your family for years to come.  The size of the print-out is negotiable, but the largest possible size is 119 centimeters by 85 centimeters.  (Approximately 46.5 inches by 33 inches.)
